At Otani Giken, we also accept the design and manufacturing of various suction fixtures, suction devices, and robot hands tailored to our customers' specifications. The example in the photo is a large suction device for transporting glass plates weighing 250 kg. It measures approximately 1000 x 1000 mm and is equipped with eight suction cups of Φ150. It is lifted using a central eye bolt. During operation, safety measures are in place to maintain a vacuum for a certain period of time even if the vacuum pump fails.
